 * Is there a Plugin that will allow me to do something similar to Google News? 
   I am designing a “genre” site, and I want to pull in associated news feeds similar
   to the way Google News does; or even from other similar “genre” sites.
 * Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I’ve seen several, including a google plugin. I wanted to hit the
   forums to see what folks thought. I’ll look at feedwordpress.
 * What’s the legalities these days of using different feeds from websites. It’s
   been a while since I’ve built a website, and there use to be an issue with using
   someone else’s content even using links. (Not talking about copying someone’s
   content to appear as your own, which would be copyright infringement).
 * I’m building a Magazine style website with my own content, but I want to tap 
   into the “feeds” out there that produce similar material/content.

 * No one here is going to advise you on the legal aspects of RSS feeds and aggregating
   excerpts or full content from the web onto your own site. If you’re worried about
   it, read the TOS of each site about their copyrights and policies and get legal
   advice. Your website is entirely your decision.
