[Plugin: New User Approve] Password error

    Hi,

    i am using version 1.3.4 of the plugin. and i got following error when a user is trying to register:

    ERROR: Please enter a password in both password boxes.

    And i got this when i have enter a correct password in both fields and when i leave them empty. The registration will be completed and sends a request email to the admin.

    And in both case a generated password are used.

    My question are following:
    1) Can i disable the generated password and use the password that is set by user?
    2) why the error above is occuring?
