Support spent early morning hours trying to resolve my problems. * The after clearing out another plugin’s residue, Finale worked perfectly. I will look at using more plugins from this company. * I wanted a fancy counter that could handle site wide and individual product sales, and I am happy I got this plugin. If Sale Price is set locally that would reflect as Finale does not change any keys in database , it just applies discount dynamically. * When we audited the site and found an old plugin (which hasn’t been updated for 2 years) which would alter the sale price: * 1) Gave snapshot of the exact line of code 2) Found and shared a review where user of that plugin also complained about similar issue. * In last one week we have reviewed each and every line of code again and I can responsibly say that we don’t modify sales price fields at all. Finale applies discount dynamically on the fly. * Also for over 1000+ LITE users and over 300+ paid users , if a bug of this nature would have been present it would have long detected and corrected.So it’s an isolated issue. * We take critical feedback very seriously. * Anyone who reads this thread and is able to replicate and demonstrate the issue, should write to us at [support@xlplugins.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-never-stopped-working/support@xlplugins.com?output_format=md).
