[PLUGIN} Need suggestions for internal company directory

I am looking for a basic internal directory for my employees. I tried Connections but it doesn’t let me search and has just one long list. I would like something that may show A’s then have a list of letters at top to jump to.. and or a search feature. Have not had much luck searching through the plugin’s any help is greatly appreciated.
