plugin não está mais instalando corretamente

    Olá, me chamo Márcio e preciso de ajuda com meu site vertisa.com.br, pois o mesmo está com problemas no plugin do Elementor. Eu preciso dele para a criação das páginas e depois de uma atualização ele está notificando que não está mais instalado, porém logo em seguida ele mostra a frase “A pasta de destino já existe. Falha na instalação do plugin.” e não tenho acesso a essa pasta ftp dele. Tenho a hospedagem na Godaddy e eles não permitem acesso a pasta ftp dentro da plataforma. Preciso de ajuda urgente, obrigado.

    Are you able to go to your File Manager through Godaddy’s cPanel? If so, you can delete the folder from wp-content/plugins in File Manager. If Godaddy isn’t even allowing you to do that, which would be weird if so, then ask Godaddy to delete the folder for you.
