[Plugin: My Custom Widgets] added a new homepage but is_home filter isn't workin

    I’ve inherited a site that uses these widgets and to be honest, I have no idea how they work, however, there are widgets that appeared in the sidebar on the homepage previously.

    Recently I was asked to make the homepage th blog and create a new homepage. I made a page for posts and a page for home and set these up in the settings – all fine, expect the widgets that were defined (in WordPress’s sidebar widgets) as appearing on the old home page appear on the posts page, but not on the new home page.

    How do I get the widgets to appear on the new homepage?

    Links to documentation for this plugin would also be highly appreciated.

    Right – figured it out. It had to do with two errors on my part: mistyping is_front_page as is_frontpage and not realising the difference between front_page and home.
