[Plugin My Category Order] working with Folding Category List

I’m creating a series of blogs and installed My Category Order and Folding Category List. I set everything up and it looks great. I have the FoCal settings to use My Category List and I put the categories in the order I want them. The themes I’m using were created in Artisteer 2.

I’ve been running test posts with an author user account and whenever I post a new blog, the categories revert to alphabetical order. I go into the admin side of the site and rebuild the cache and check to make sure the categories are all in order. Then go back to post again in the author account and it reverts back to alphabetical order again. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?
