  • Resolved Oddity

Recently upgraded most everything, also to the latest version of PHP 5.4.3 and Apache (2.4). Trying to activate My Calendar and getting the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in (path)\my-calendar-event-manager.php on line 1104.

Tried commenting out just that one function and the error moved to a different location

Interesting. I can see why that could trigger a potential error; although PHP 5.4.3 is not a version I’ve really done any testing in. Given that this works in every environment I’ve tested so far, I’m assuming that this is something that PHP 5.4 is turning into a fatal error.

I can get an update out to fix that. Thanks for reporting it. It may not be the only error which comes with the upgrade to 5.4; but I’ll do what I can.

Found the PHP bug report about this, by the way:

Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, I caught that after I posted here. A downgrade to 3.13 fixed the issue.
