[Plugin: Multisite Global Search] Results page blank

HI,

We havent made any changes to wp or the plugins in a while and all of a sudden the search results are not showing up. It says you searched for…
and then there is no content.

Any reason why this would happen? We have a page configured with [multisite_search_result] in it. Any help is appreciated.
