Plugin multiple filter linking

Hi there. I love this plugin. Thus far it looks and works great. I am having one problem though. I am building a fashion website that has alot of brands and also has alot of different apparel for each brand.

Every brand should have accessories, shoes, womens clothes, men clothes etc. my problem that I am having is that once I select the brand it shows all the content for that brand wich is perfect. But once I click on say shoes, I want it to show all those shoes for that specific brand. But it is showing all the shoes for all the brands…

Now do I need to create a shoe category for each brand or is it possible for the plugin to filter inside of an already filtered page. ie brands/shoes/green .

I know I am supposed to post my pages link but due to the secret nature of the project I cant do thiss at this time.
