Haywire, seeing categories where they shouldn't be (3 posts)

I have successfully been using your plugin for some time. I think I must've done an update today. From reading other posts maybe reverting to an older version would fix this but I have no idea where to get an older version!

I was using the plug-in specifically to create a down-down list of cities to choose from. It was working perfectly and now in addition to the intended category selection in the top left it's displaying a full list of options that should not be displayed at all on any page that has a category search result. One example of such a page is here: http://sococulture.org/category/performers

When I turn off the plug-in the problem goes away. However, so does the Choose Location drop-down in the top left sidebar which is what the plug-in was installed to create.

Am I just missing something here or is this v3 broken? If so, how can I revert to an older version if I don't have a copy locally? Thanks.

I just read the readme.txt and apparently this is a new "feature"! It says "Form appears on category view at top of page". SO...how can I turn this OFF? I don't see that option.

Color me dumb...I didn't know I could find previous versions here on the forum. I just deleted v3 and installed 2.4 and all is well with the world again. Hopefully not upgrading the plug-in won't be a security issue or later on, a compatibility issue. I'm not upgrading again until I know this "bug" is squashed or some new way to control it. Thanks.
