 * I have this plugin which lists all categories on a page.

 * the plugin already has an option to exclude certain categories, but since there
   are a lot of categories, i want to modify it to include certain categories only(
   say category 150)
 * please suggest whatever you think is going to achieve that.
 * i am not a wordpress programmer, so if possible, please put the entire modified
   code on pastebin.
