  • Hello,

When activated, the plugin adds a new link to the Tools section in the WordPress administration – MTR Podcast Recorder.

You can use that interface to record your podcasts and organize them in playlists.

You can then insert flash players with your podcasts to your blog posts via the ‘Add New Post’ and/or ‘Edit Post’ pages – a new ‘MTR Podcast Recorder’ button should be added to the right edge of the first toolbar of the text editor.

    Regards
    Milen

I am using windows 7. For some reason when i go to the Tools Menu and select MTR Podcast Recorder, a page opens up showing that the playlist is loading…However, i cannot find the interface to record a podcast live. Do you have any help?

This plugin would be a nice idea if it was cross-browser and cross-platform. But it isn’t.
The Java client will not load in Safari on OSX, but will in Firefox. Not that it matters because the Java client fails because it’s looking for an .exe file, and there is no way to change that in the settings.
In short, if you use a Mac, forget it.
