[Plugin: Most Read Posts in XX days] popular by comments?

    hello and thanks for your gr8 plugin, it is the only popular that will count unique views (with cookie) and also exclude correct post by days.
    However i have 2 requests
    1)is it possible to make it work also “by comments”
    i have a tabbed widget with title “this week” and the tab titles are “most readed” and “most viewed” and courently i use the wordpress popular posts.

    And at last is it possible to css it a bit and add author and date?

    update: ok with the date
    but no matter what, i can’t display the post’s author.
    my blog is single wp installation but allow of multi autors writing.
    it show allways the same nickname with the common codes i tried
