[Plugin: More Fields] HTML & Images in WYSIWYG field

  • I was wondering what the possibilities of adding the “Visual/HTML” toggle to the WYSIWYG field. Right now I have to change it to text only to be able to embed something, thus losing the ability to format without manually entering the code. It would also be great to have the “Upload/Insert” function added to this field as well, which would make it much easier to insert images into the different fields.

Plugin is working perfectly outside of that, thanks so much for all your work developing it!

We’re relying on the possibilities of MCE here and not really on More Fields, but upload/insert actually works, but the posts main textarea hijacks the javascript call to insert the image.

What you can do is to copy and paste it from there. I know it’s not a nice solution, but at least it is a solution.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I appreciate the info, and I have been using the copy/paste but didn’t know if there was a better way.

What are the possibilities of the “Visual/HTML” toggle? Is this possible? It would be really nice to be able to use some custom html but also have the visual editor part available.

    I appreciate your response.
