# Plugin Modal

 * Odd behaviour with the Plugin Page and the modal?
 * When I go to look at the “details” of a plugin update, this update info open 
   in Full Screen?
 * If I go to dashboad and view the updates, clicking on “details” of a plugin update,
   the Modal works correctly.
 * This is very time-consuming and have no idea why this behaviour changed?
 * Also, to go a step further, (not in loom video) if I update the plugin, it is
   also opening in another windows, then I have to click, “go back to plugin page”
 * Any idea why this is behaving like this?

 * Looks to me like there is a JavaScript error on the plugin page. This prevents
   the opening of event handler executions, such as opening the details modal.
 * You could look in the JavaScript console of your browser to see if this is really
   the case: [https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/)–
   there you should also be able to see what is causing the error. I strongly suspect
   a plugin that is interfering with the plugin list.
