[Plugin: Mobile Smart] Plugin download url not found

    I have installed Mobile Smart previously on a client site and was looking forward to adding it to a new project. However, getting basically a 404 from the WordPress.org plugin directory when visiting your plugin url:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mobile-smart/

    “Whoops! We couldn’t find that plugin. Maybe you were looking for one of these?”

    I do have a copy of 1.2.9 but would love to grab 1.3 to take advantage of the iPad settings.

    Hope you are just temporarily missing–and thanks for your help!

    Hi johnny,

    Sorry for the delay in responding, I’ve been away on holiday. It seems that WordPress have removed it for using an ‘insecure’ version of timthumb (for the record, I have disputed this with them but it’s their policy which requires me to use the latest version, even if it only has feature updates rather than security updates).

    Anyway the upshot of this is that there’s now a version 1.3.1 in the repository. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for responding Dan! Sorry that you had to deal with that but glad to know you are still in action. I assume that once 1.3.1 gets approved, the plugin site url and download url will resolve properly. Looking forward to it. Thanks again.

    Why does this plugin need timthumb? Is it for the included mobile theme?
