[Plugin: Mobile Smart] Fatal Error, help would be appreciated..please

hello, i just recently downloaded the mobile smart plugin, and upon trying to activate the plugin, i recieved a FATAL ERROR, preventing the plugin from activating and being functional.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class uagent_info in /home/content/98/6373298/html/InspireYM/wp-content/plugins/mobile-smart/lib/mdetect.php on line 66

is the error i recieved, if you guys can help me over come this, it would be much appreciated, as we are trying to get a mobile version of our site up before we release it to the public. thanks!
