Hi Stacy, the slide image sizes are generated when the images are uploaded. Did you re-upload the images after you changed the size?

    HI,

    Wow! Fast response!

No, I didn’t because the images were showing up as the full size in the media library. I just rebuilt the slides and added the images from the library. Bad idea?

You don’t have to re-do the slides or anything, the slideshows will update when you change the dimensions in the settings. But if you change the dimensions you have to edit each slide and re-upload the slide image, don’t use the images from the media library.

If you had a lot of images in your media library you wanted to use or a ton of slides, you could regenerate the thumbnails using a plugin, but for a few slides it is easier to re-upload the images.

I’ve got 12 images my client has picked out, that were already imported to the library, so I was hoping to just reuse them. It sounds like it might just be easier to reimport, though. I’ll give it a try.

    Thanks for your help!
