  • Just installed this on two of my sites and I get the same negative response.

    The plugin eliminates the “Product Type” drop down and re-configures the setup choices when trying to add a new product. This is terrible!

    Hi,
    I’m sorry but can you explain a bit more where you are seeing such behavior, front-end or backend? Do you have any other plugins installed like TinyMCE advanced or any other to enhance default Wp editor? Because, the kind of behavior you are facing is unique case, we are not seeing any such behaviour o our sandbox site nor we have any other reports of this sort. Please check above options and let me know.

    Also having this issue. You cannot edit product data on new products for woocommerce. I had to disable the plugin to create a new product. Please fix ASAP!

    I explained everything I could in the previous post. The issue is in the back end where we add products(wp-admin). I have nothing you mentioned installed. Only typical plugins. I already tried deactivating all of them to source if it was one these causing the issue… and none of there are. Only when your plugin is deactivated… it woocommerce works properly!

    Looks like someone is having the same issues!

    @seeqstech, @collinssafety thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the trouble you are having we will look into that and get this adjusted in our future release.

    I can confirm the same issue. Disabling Offers for WooCommerce fixes the issue, but this is not an ideal fix. Please let me know if you need any further details to assist with a fix.

    @jbenes Thanks for the confirmation, For all other having the same issue, we really apologize for the inconvenience. We have already put this into our production log and are working on it. I will make sure this gets addressed in the current sprint.
