Plugin Menus in middle of editing page

When trying to create or edit either a post or a page, my plugin menus appear in the middle of the block editor. Anyone know what’s up with this? I use Genesis with a Feast Design theme.

@bluestews Are you able to share a screenshot? The forum doesn’t support images, but if you can add one to an external service and share a link, that would be great.
