Plugin Menu in admin section but no "upload" plugin option

    I have a plugin menu available in my admin section but for some reason I don’t have the several options available such as “upload” plugin available. Any thoughts as to why that would happen? I’m definitely on wordpress.org and I’ve switched around a few themes to check.
