# [Plugin: Mendeley Plugin] Problem when running Google Analytics Plugin

 * When running the Google Analytics Plugin in parallel to the Mendeley Plugin, 
   there is the following problem:
 * When requesting the access tokens from Mendeley, the Google plugin takes over
   and prevents the Mendeley plugin from storing the access information. So, requests
   to Mendeley will return with error codes.
 * To handle the problem, please deactivate the Google plugin when requesting the
   access tokens. Afterwards, you can reactivate the Google plugin.
