[Plugin: Membership] The registration form fields arn't alligning properly

I have installed the Membership plugin and the registration form is not showing correctly, the fields and boxes are not alligning properly. I decided to switch to the pop up registration form to solve this but the pop up form has the boxes but no field titles so its impossible to know what information the person registering is meant to enter. I don’t mind which form i use i would just like it to display properly.
