[Plugin: Members] Password Protect Search Results

Hello,
I purchased a directory site theme from woothemes & want to password protect the search results. Unless someone has registered, they are unable to search the directory, they will be taken to a login page instead. Can the plugin restrict/block wordpress search result? Does it come with a php equivalent code because we plan to manually insert it in the search.php file
