[Plugin: Members] Allow “Sub-admin” edit_users on all but Admin and other “Sub-admins”

Hey,
Using the Members plugin, I want to have sub-admins who can edit any users besides the Admin and other Sub-admins. Even just preventing editing of Admin would be good enough.
