Inserting any of the codes removes the content it wraps but doesn't enable the subscription forms.

Please be sure that any MediaPass code or shortcode tags are implemented within your posts properly. There are slight differences between using the Inpage and Page Overlay subscription options that can be overlooked. For example, in using the Page Overlay option, only teaser text should be placed between the [mpoverlay] and [/mpoverlay] tags, while the bulk of content should go outside these tags. In contrast, as with using the Inpage option, teaser text should be placed outside of the shortcode tags, while the content should be placed in between the two tags.

Also, be sure that you have properly configured the subscription settings in your MediaPass publisher console. If the subscription/signup area does not appear on the designated page, it could be possible that your include/exclude placement settings must be adjusted and/or the metered model settings as well.
