# Plugin massively slowing down website

 * The plugin (which I love and works fine on my other server) is causing massive
   slowdowns when used on a different host (Good Gallery).
 * From Google speed test: In our test, your server responded in 16 seconds.
 * When I disable the plugin it goes back to normal, 0.3s or so. It’s definitely
   this causing it.
 * Here are the active plugins on the site
 * Advanced Automatic Updates
    Akismet All In One SEO Pack Bootstrap Shortcodes 
   Dynamic Featured Image Exploit Scanner Google Analytics by Yoast Google XML Sitemaps
   Gravity Forms Imsanity Regenerate Thumbnails SABRE UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
   WP Resized Image Quality

 * Hi commando!
    Thanks for telling me about it, this is the first time I’ve heard
   something like this. Is there any difference between the servers? PHP version?
   Apache/Nginx? Does it get any better with a cacheing plugin?

 * Caching plugin doesn’t make any difference. Unsure what server it’s on or PHP
   version, it’s a tightly controlled hosted platform. The server performance is
   generally very good. I have no access to ssh, console, editing config, PHP information,
   etc.

    What happens if you uncheck Content
   and/or Thumbnails in the “Use on” section on the settings page?

 * Hi Cristian! Can you tell me anything about the server? Do you cache the site?
   What happens if you uncheck Content on the settings page?

 * I just had another shot. Unsure why but now it works fine. If I notice anything
   else I’ll post 🙂
