[Plugin: Markdown on Save Improved] Clients for blogging and markdown plug. Сompatibility?

    Do I understand correctly, using this plug-in I can not use any blogging clients? Because that with the active plug-in saved 2 items content – sources version for following editing and converted to HTML version for rendering of frontend.
    After saving the article in any blogger client (QTM, Drivel, Blogilo…) disappears sources (markdown style) version and I see only HTML tags at editing.
