[Plugin: MapPress Easy Google Maps] "Powered by" link not "legal"

According to the Developer Center, that “Powered by MapPress” link is not “legal”.
The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission.

Please add the ability to remove it on the next release.
