 * When I activate the plugin manager and de-activate specific plugins for AMP,
it de-activates the plugin for the entire site

 * I don’t understand the issue, perhaps can you elaborate it a little?

HTTP / HTTPS Remover

 * What happens when you remove that plugin with the manager? What functionality
   does it break?

 * oh, you are right. But the thing is that those plugins adds the functionality
in the non-standard way or in the way which could be very different than the
standard method, thus it’s not detectable for plugin manager.
 * Do you wish to deactivate that one from AMP pages?

 * What I’m saying is that if a plugin is deactivated in the plugin manager, it
should only be deactivated for AMP, not for the non-AMP version, as is still
   the case

 * I do understand, that’s why I have made a bug report in the Plugin manager GitHub
repo, it’ll be solved when we release its update.
