Yes lo pongo en off y guardo los cambios pero sigue sin verse la web. Sigue saliendo en mantenimiento.

On the other hand you check your ionos cpanel may be server cache.
Lastly, check again ionos cpanel maybe you install quick wordpress with maintenance mode. If yes go to wordpress tab and show all wordpress websites you installed and edit your domain wordpress.
