# [Plugin: MailPress]: Problems with Users, Forms and Templates

 * Hello!
 * Few questions about this plugin:
 * 1. There’s an option that there’s a feed from WordPress to the Mailpress plugin
   by activating the Sync_wordpress_user plugin. How is this thing working? If someone
   subscribes himself to the WP website, it’s also automatically added to the default
   mailing list created in MailPress? And is this also working by using PHPBB which
   automatically inserting users to the WP_Users so it’s also automatically in the
   MailPress mailing list (if the aboved method is correct?).
 * 2. How can I easily create subscribe and unsubscribe forms? And if someone will
   unsubcribe himself, will the entry just be deleted from the Mailpress table and
   not the wp_users table?
 * 3. How is it possible to create a fixed termplate for a Newsletter? My problem
   is that I want a fixed template with always the same lay-out and that I can just
   add some boxes in the right and left column and that’s it. Is something possible
   like that?

 * PHPBB depends how phpbb does it, but if the right wp hook is activated, yes

 * Thanks for the answers. They where very usefull.
 * One other quick question and I’m not sure if you can help me:
 * I had the whole Mailpress functionality working (5.1). Now it’s updated too 5.1.1.
   and it’s not working any more. At the subscription page, it keeps showing the
   Loading message after submit where also no subscription is done within the tables.

   I load the Widget via [mailpress txtbutton=’Inschrijven’] on the page. Do you
   know what goes wrong? I’ve it also tried with jq=1 in the tag.
