won't accept api key (3 posts)

    When I enter my api key, the screen simply refreshes. No error, no comment but it doesn't work.

    I dragged the widget onto the sidebar and got the message that I need the api key. Which it doesn't appear to accept.

    Using version .87

    I deactivated all other plugins - akismet, a facebook plugin and a recipe plugin - so not many installed at all.

    This plugin then accepted my api key.

    However it isn't adding emails to the list.

    I was able to select a list from the widget so it appeared to connect to mailchimp.

    With one email address I entered I got the failure message. I never got a success message and the email wasn't added to the list.

    I'm using Version 0.8.7 and wp 3.2.1.

    Any idea what I should check?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the plugin. Please contact me off list and I'll be happy to do my best to help you out, then we can bring the solution back hear so that others can benefit. I have a feeling this will be easy to diagnose one on one, but a bit harder to try and guess what's going on without being able to do it hands on.
