[Plugin: MailChimp List Subscribe Form] How to Reconfigure Plugin to Show News Category Posts rather

I am trying to add my posts to the email and I can’t see any when I choose: std_content00 from the drop down selection menu. None of my posts show up. Is that because they are in a section on my site called news rather than posts? How would I reconfigure Word Chimp plugin to use News items rather than Post library?
