The code was updated to be more customizable using CSS styles.
To align the text fields on separate lines, like in the previous version of the form, please add this CSS to your theme’s stylesheet:
#mc_signup_form .mc_input { display: block; }

My alignment and color is askew. I’m pretty sure the CSS stylesheet-add in previous post with fix alignment, but color migration from footer up to body across the whole site needs support expertise.

Blue should only be in footer and header. Latest mailchimp plugin update migrated the blue to the body of the site.
Help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

That does seem a bit odd and could be related to the WordPress theme.
We checked out the site, but it looks normal to us with the sand-colored background in the middle. I see the signup form is still on the site, though. Did you downgrade to 1.2.4 instead?
If you did downgrade, could you reinstall 1.2.5 and add the form to a private page using the [mailchimpsf_form] shortcode, just so we can take a look at the issue?
If you are still running 1.2.5, can you let us know the browser and operating system you are using so we can try to replicate?

But does everyone who wants to use the plugin add this code to all style sheets in the future?

It’s really up to the user if they want to style the form with the labels above the fields or next to the fields. Freedom can be a tough imposition sometimes. 🙂
But we’re happy to provide the necessary CSS code to revert the look of the form since it was a sudden change to some people.
