[Plugin: MailChimp Comment Optin] Conflicts with Analytics 360 Mailchimp

    Hi Team

We are experiencing problems with the plugin conflicting with other Mailchimp Plugins.

Its hard for us to determine if this plugin is to blame for the conflict or the other way around.

Can you please provide any methods for trouble shooting the issue so that we can have it working in conjunction with Analytics360 Mailchimp.

    Thank you.
    Gerardo.

    P.S.

    Great plugin by the way.

The plug-in was working fine for me after making the change suggested in another support thread for this plug-in, but after installing Jetpack, it no longer shows up on my posts at all.

Any suggestions on how to rectify this?

    Hi yoakleypr

We have the plugin working fine with Jet Pack.

It may eb another plugin thats conflicting with Jetpack 7 360.

Just turn them off one at a time and see what the results are.

This is odd. I deactivated some plugins and there was no noticeable difference.

JetPack offers the option to 1) receive notifications of replies 2) notifications on new posts. There is no option to subscribe to the mailing list.

I deactivated JetPack and the MailChimp checkbox reappeared as the solo email notification option.

Without Jetpack, the only other plugins that are active are Facebook, AddThis, WordPress SEO, Google Analytics, Tweet old Posts, and social toolbar –> all seem to be fine with MailChimp Comment Optin

    Hi yoakleypr

thats probably because they are providing the same function and why they are conflicting.

You may need to turn off the JetPack specific function in the Jetpack Dashboard so that the conflict is no longer there and so you can use the MailChimp Comment Optin.

MailChimp Comment Optin plugins also conflicts with other plugins so its no surprice you are having problems with Jetpack.

    Gerardo.
