[Plugin: LTW Testimonials] Admin page doesn't display

Since updating to WP 3.4, the Testimonials admin options have completely disappeared from my dashboard also. Although the pre-exisiting testimonials are still visible on the site, there is no access in WP admin to manage them – add, edit or delete either the testimonials or the groups.

Unless there’s a fix to this, I’ll have to consider deleting the plugin and trying something else. 🙁
