We have just released a new major version (v3) of the SimplyBook plugin, so I would be very interested to know whether you are still able to reproduce this issue with the latest version of the plugin. In any case; if this is indeed a reproducible issue with the plugin, you may rest assured that it will be fixed.

That indeed seems very similar to the originally reported behavior in V2 of the plugin. We would be happy to assist/troubleshoot the issue, but please note that we can’t provide support in the Reviews section of the plugin.
Therefore we ask you to open a Support Thread on the SimplyBook plugin forums for further assistance with this issue (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/simplybook/), and provide an URL to the website in question in the “URL to the website that I need assistance with” field.

In addition to the information I requested above, can you check whether the widget is still present on the expected page, and if it indicates that the widget is in Demo Mode or not?
But the easiest method would be if you could open a Support Thread as mentioned, and provide an URL to the website in question; as that will allow us to have a closer look as well.
