• Hi,

On clicking the “Confirm your blog configuration with Livefyre.com” link, and signing in, the “Get Started”, (Step 1) page is displayed. After entering my site URL, and selecting WordPress as a platform, on clicking to progress to the next step, instead of step 2 being displayed, I’m presented with the list of installation instructions. The process failed multiple times with Firefox 13.0.1.

Process worked first time with MSIE.

This appears to be the same problem as reported by another user 7 months ago – http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-livefyre-realtime-comments-livefyre-confirmation?replies=3. It seems unlikely that you’d opt not to support Firefox, but if this is the case, I suggest you clearly state it on the plugin description and save potential users wasting their time.

    Sandie
