    Hello There,

    I am a WordPress user nad have about 5 websites where I am planning to use the Live Chat plugin, but the only problem I am facing is that how to configure the back end for the Live Chat Plugin, as if a user is chatting on it how do I reply to him/her as I do not see any option for the same. Please help ASAP…………

    Hallo, i’ve released the plugin yesterday, at the moment there are no additional options, are you requesting an option to enable a private chat?


    I dont get it. I installed the plugin and the chat window shows up on my website, but when a visitor starts a chat, how does it let me know that someone wants to chat with me? If Im in Florida and a client is in california and clicks the chat box and starts typing, how do I know/ How does it alert me that someone is trying to contact me?

    Please help with this, I dont understand how this is supposed to function as a live chat when it doesnt seem to be able to contact me to let me know someone wants to chat.

    This live chat plugin works as a general chat channel, the website administrator can select the Email me every new chat message options inside the Live Chat menu voice.

    how can change the date order?
    i want to show d/m/y when user send a message
