    Hi,

    Please see the plugin description at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/live-chat-by-contactusplus/

    It says the following:

    “This plugin creates a trial account limited to 2 live chats per day. Upgrade for unlimited chats.”

    – so you get 2 chats per day for life.

    If you’d like to increase your daily chat quota to unlimited chats, then that requires the subscription as you have stated.
