[Plugin: List Yo' Files] User Info Column in Options?

Hi

I’m using List Yo’ Files plugin for my website. It’s exactly what I need. However, is it possible to somehow add an user info column in the options table? My idea is following: user X logs in and uploads a file; the file goes in the public directory (NOT user directory) and other users will be able to see, that X has uploaded it. Maybe using some kind of variable? Any ideas?

Furthermore, I am trying to find a way how to add headings to uploaded files, but this is offtopic in this case.
