[Plugin: Links shortcode] Options are unset when plugin is deactivated

I just noticed when troubleshooting another issue (by deactivating all plugins) that the options set in the admin panel for Links Shortcode were lost when deactivating the plugin, so there is no output after the plugin is reactivated. It would be better if there was a checkbox to enable this or if the setting were only removed on uninstallation.
