[Plugin: Limit Login Attempts] Feature suggestion

Thank you for the great plug-in.

Below are a couple of things that would be nice to have in the future.
Provide date and time in the log for lockouts attempts
Give the option to log valid logins the same way lockouts are logged with Ip number, date and time.
