 * Hi, I would like to know if it’s quite hard to create a plugin like adf.ly plugin.
 * I have a short url site and would like to create a plugin a round this to automaticly
   short all url that are posted on my blog.
 * I don’t know much about coding it’s just a question that would help me evaluate
   a price to hire someone to make it.
