[Plugin: Lightbox Plus] Open lightbox from external link

I’m trying to find a way to open the lightbox from an external source. Having a link like http://www.somelink.com/page/?variable=x
And then using javascript in the page to detect for the variable and open a particular lightbox on that page on load….
