    Learndash cloner 1.0.1
 * Everytime I clone a learndash course, I see the following php script error with
   our database.

    WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘20130-67’
   for key ‘PRIMARY’ for query INSERT INTO `wp_term_relationships` (`object_id`,`
   term_taxonomy_id`, `term_order`) VALUES (20130, 67, 0) made by do_action(‘wp_ajax_duplicate_lesson’),
   call_user_func_array, LdccCourse\LdccCourse->createDuplicateLesson, LdccCourse\
   LdccCourse::setMeta

    lesson_id[19493]
 * To me, it seems that the primary key is being duplicated too? I am trying to 
   understand what this php error is exactly about and see if repairing database
   would be necessary.
 * Any suggestion and see what I can do to avoid this error message?
