try deactivating all other plugins and the installing leaflet maps marker. if this doesnt work, turn on wordpress debug (with all other plugins disabled) and see if you get any further information
WordPress debug didn’t give me any further information.
The plugin works on another website i have, hosted by another company. I just can’t figure out why the plugin does not work on a website hosted by pair networks?
I dont the hosting configurations for pair networks – I would mail their support if they have any special (security?) options enabled and if they see anything special in their logfiles when you activate the plugin. If you get more details from them, please post them here so that I can see if I can fix this in my plugin

Enabling php-cgiwrap solved the problem.
