Thanks for providing this awesome and well written plugin. * Found some bug: – Enabeling PDF for both Single pages and All pages will result in one file missing. This is because the file including all pages is given the same name as one of the single page PDFs. – Custom posttypes does not work. At least not on my host (bluehost.com). This is because they were all saved as `foo.pdf`. I’ve now changed where new PDFs are saved – post types are saved to `all-foo.pdf` while posts are saved to `post-foo.pdf`, `page-foo. pdf`, `custom-foo.pdf` etc. This only affects newly created PDFs, not old ones or updates to them.
